What is Non-Profiteers?
Non-Profiteers is an organization whose purpose is to assist small
U.S. charitable organizations become as efficient as possible without
having to re-learn what every other small non-profit has had to
learn.
At this time we are only qualified to help charitable
organizations in the U.S.A.
What services do you offer?
Sorry, we're still working on this -- but it will include at least:
- Creating a corporate structure that will minimize your costs
and maximize your efficiency
- Registering with the IRS as a charitable organization (this
allows your US donors to deduct their donation from their
income taxes)
- Documentation on proper procedures and filings
- Assistance on filing with the IRS
- Much more to come!
What does this service cost?
Non-Profiteers (nonprofiteers.org) is a non-profit organization
itself! We don't charge for our services, leaving all of
the non-profit's resources focused on what they were created to
do.
Can any non-profit benefit?
No -- only charitable organizations, as defined by the U.S. IRS
(Internal Revenue Service). We also exclude organizations with
any religious or political affiliations.
We reserve the right to refuse our services to any
organization without justification if it
violates in any way the moral principles of our Board of
Directors.
